In 1996, Lubos and his partners organized debt collection company in Czech Republic. Since the early 2000s, he has been working on developing an effective business model and was aiming to create a large international company. Under his leadership, in 2007 the company entered the Slovak market, and in 2008 the MBA Consult Group was created.

In twenty years of experience, Viktor built a financial empire with a billion annual turnover operating in 16 countries of the world. He constantly looks for new business and financial opportunities. Since 2016 Viktor has been the Chairman and Shareholder of MBA Consult Group. Victor is a shareholder of Snapcore and the founder of R2p Capital.

He has taken an active part in opening and stabilizing branches in Asian region, brought the Group to the markets of Latin America and Africa. Bohuslav has graduated with an advanced degree in law and economics from universities in Prague. He has spent most of his career working in Chief Financial Officer positions in companies. His expertise is in finding unique solutions when it comes to managing company finances.
